AWFUL COMPANY STEER CLEAR AND USE A REPUTABLE FLORIST

I would give these idiots zero stars if I could. Ordered a floral bouquet via the website as a SURPRISE. They contacted me and asked that I either phone them or contact them via WhatsApp. I don't use WhatsApp and I'm not about to begin using for some online floral company. I rep**** to their email and inquired about the nature of their concern. They never bothered to reply. Instead they contacted the person to whom I was intending to surprise, and totally ruined the surprise. Why they couldn't be bothered to reply to my email, when they had initiated communication via email is anybody's guess. Just another useless shower of South African's who shouldn't be in business. I wished I'd looked them up here on Hello Peter before attempting to do business with these clowns. I would have seen all the appalling reviews and saved myself the bother. I hope Flora Niche goes out of business. A company this awful doesn't deserve to have customers. Luckily there are decent and competent florists out there who understand discretion and respond to emails.
