Flowers ordered and paid for (R810.00) one month before required, from granddaughter in USA, were simply not delivered to grandmother on her 98th birthday in Himeville, South Africa. A phone call the following day was answered by an excuse-laden person who did not sound convincing at all. We would even be surprised if they refund the money. Their website is packed with glowing reviews. An honest review site (this one) confirms our experience, which is the opposite. With non-service like this, they should be avoided.
