arrangement images on website are not what you get, ripoff!

ordered a Large bouquet of Lillies for R1180 and they only delivered 9 stems, this equates to R180 per stem, a total rip-off and they then blame the florist, what standards do they have. No feedback from my complaint. would strongly advise against using this company, they do not deliver on what you order.
