Appalling service!

Very disappointing service, Delivered an incomplete order, instead of being apologetic, we were told "it's not a big deal", Your service is to provide gifts to loved one's, especially for those who are in other countries. Being accurate is a big deal as we rely on your service to make a person's day. We certainly pay for it!
