A company is only as strong as its employees

A company is only as strong as its employees. Flora Niche is vulnerable as it sub-contracts its services in more outlying centres. It therefore really depends on its employees to walk the extra mile, managing the client who placed the order, the client receiving the order and the sub-contracted business.

Had it not been for Kariemah, this review could have gone so wrong. But she knows her story. Not only did she inform me that they had a gift order for me, and from whom it was (so I could send them my appreciation), but also checked re the most suitable delivery date over the New Year's period. She then spent two days following up with the sub-contractor to ensure that I receive the best quality flowers (which was not an easy task!), keeping me informed all the way.
