Bad Service, Attitude. Damaged my car. won't pay

I took my car (in a working condition) to Flora Motors, on referral by a good friend, to be repaired on the 12th of March. They duely messed up the starter motor. Had to have the car towed from there to another mechanic, at our own costs. The starter motor had to be fixed, as well as the original issue we had with the car. R2500 later for the starter motor, it was eventually sorted out, excluding the problem we originally had (nothing to do with the starter motor in the first place.) These guys refuse to pay for the repair of the starter motor, and they have a terrible attitude when confronted with the issue. I would not recommend them to ANYBODY for repairs to their car.
