Poor Work Standard, No ethics

A minus 10 rating for Flora Florist in Westwood Mall. Ordered aR500 bouquet for my daughters 21st Birthday from Zahraa at Flora Florist. Was horrified when the assistant handed me a poorly arranged bouquet, with old roses and petals that were already brown at edges. Called Zahraa who had left store but she denied that the flowers were old - despite my taking photographs of the browned petals. The assistant began removing the old brown petals. I refused to wait for Zahraa to return to " sort something out" and demanded a refund. Zahraa refused and had absolutely no consideration for the fact that she had ruined the gift of flowers I had wanted to give to my daughter. After much argument, she eventually said I should leave the flowers and collect a refund when she returned. When my husband went back to collect the refund a little later, she refused to give him the money, then demanded we pay R250 for the oasis and flowers used. Could not believe how greedy and manipulative this person was. Eventually, after many calls and arguments, her father who owns the store agreed to a full refund . Will never use this inconsiderate, greedy, ********* florist again.
