worst service ever

After a debacle with disputing our original order which was based on their own calculations resulting in insufficient stock being delivered, they finally agreed to supply the additional stock and complete installation. Today is the day for this installation and their guys have been sitting on site since 9am (it is now 2.45pm) with no stock. I now phoned William again and he gave some excuse about someone visiting head office from France???? Earlier, I was told the stock is on its way. Lies after lies. This is without doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is a disgrace. At this rate, I expect at the very least for them to install the skirtings at no cost.
