Poorest service i paid for and received in my life

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service that I have received from Floors direct. this is the worst service transaction I have ever made in my whole entire life. initially it was the screed which caused a problem, where I was told I cannot get it done till I paid for when the rest of the materials were paid for in full and then floors direct actually owed me cause not a single piece of material was there that I could see.Also at that that I was told the supplier had delivered the wrong underfloor heating this was not a problem as the screed still needed to be done & I thought it would be resolved.On Friday,a week later I am still getting stories that the is a problem with the underfloor heating.1st received a call saying the material is being loaded and they will be at my house by 9. 10minutes later I get another call now there are suddenly transport problems to deliver the installers and they will be there before 11. 2 hrs later still nothing because the driver is still stuck at the underfloor heating supplier which should have been sorted out prior to installation.I still don't understand how this affects the whole installation when only one room is getting i
