Poor Service,Shoddy Workmanship,No Cust Etiquette

We recently used Floors Direct to redo our laminated flooring thinking that we'd get a good price for good quality but boy were we wrong!After finally getting them to come in to redo the floors, not only did they pitch late and take much longer to do the work, but they left us with at least 3/4 problems.I called to complain the next day and was told that the job manager would come and inspect the next day.I asked that he ensure that he pitch on time as I needed to leave work.The store called about 10minutes after he was supposed to pitch to say that he was going to be an hour late.The job manager blamed the admin department and vice versa but he pitched that evening at 5pm.He inspected the floors and agreed that there were problems and that he'd call to arrange on Thurs/Fri on when he could come but it would most likely be on Monday. I in the interim called the store manager to complain.He assured me that he'd follow up with the job manager and call me either the same day or the next next.4days later, I'd heard nothing from either.They finally came out, redid the floors but we're still unhappy.We've called the manager numerous times and are now taking this to the ombudsman!!
