Poor installation and BAD service

VERY poor service and workmanship. They make you pay up front, then THEY sub-contract the fitting so there is no recourse or resolve. Great sales assistance, but terrible experience after that. Sent onto Macneil head office management with photos and still no interest in repairing their terrible work.

Great product, but really BAD service and installation. Stuck with a POOR result they will not resolve.
