Pathetic for the 3rd time

<p>Facts :</p> <p> </p> <p>1) We arrive at 10am for a 9am appointment.</p> <p>2) We arrive with no tools (****** over the weekend - Not My Problem!),how do you let a business run this way and send a team without tools?</p> <p>3) Boss man goes to buy tools (leaving 2 people) after borrowing mine (otherwise they would be sitting idle) and returns 5 hours later with a mitre saw and zero else.</p> <p>4) Take 7 Hours to install 25m2 of floors (For professionals , disgusting).</p> <p> </p> <p>I had no choice but to use Floors Direct for a 3rd time as they are the only stockists of the floors I wanted that match what I have.</p> <p>I can not afford to take days off for mediocre work,I can literally do the job myself in 2 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>After 2 previous dissapointments (same issues as above),I was assured that this time it would be different,but not surprisingly it was not.</p> <p>Team left without completing the job that was quoted and paid for (again).</p> <p>How does this happen time after time and how are they still in business??</p>
