Installation of vinyl flooring

My name is Poppy Mthembu I hired the services of this company to install vinyl floor in my kitchen in 2014. 4 months down the line there was a problem with the floor I contacted Rogers who promised to come but in-vain. around March this year I contacted head office but they referred me back to the branch. An employee called Mandla came because Rogers had been deployed to another branch and acknowledged that there was a problem; the floor was not fixed and left gaps all over the kitchen .He asked for the invoice they gave me but I had misplaced it; I told him and he never contacted me again. I am now sitting with misfitted floor and extremely unhappy because I paid about R5000; 00 hoping for a floor that would last me many years to come.
