Injustice done to pensioners

My parents (pensioners) paid about R30k to have their entire home redone with wooden flooring. <br> After moving all their furniture out the house and not having a home to live in, they were told to wait a couple more weeks for the stock to arrive. <br> So they lived in shambles for another couple weeks. Finally the floors came and they started with it, only for it to start lifting literally a day later. <br> My parents told them to stop what they are doing and first sort out the floors that have lifted. They also discovered that the product that was used, was a cheaper product then what they actually paid for!<br> Floors Direct then came back to my parents telling them that after extensive testing they discovered that the floors were wet. I think they used the term \over washing"<br> Now how"
