Incompetance and no feedback

Asked Floors direct Edenvale to come out to our business to quote n repair of a bamboo flooring!!!<br> John came out and said he will def be able to assist.<br> that was in the beginning of November. John also said he would send me a quote! We now in January and phoned to follow up after I have already followed up twice before. John tells me I was suppose to get the quote but he doesn't know why it was never sent. Then carry on talking to him and he tells me in the next sentence he cannot do the job????? REALLY. they he says he asked the supplier to phone me and sort it out?<br> So what was actually the point to phone them in the first place! USELESS and totally ***********. He took a sample of what bamboo we needed and told we have the bamboo he only needs to do the repair. So He **** three times in one telephone call because he has no clue on what he is doing or who his clients are!!!!<br> PATHECTIC!!!!!!<br>
