Great product and service except for one rude employee

<p> I've placed the white oak in my shop and it only added the elegance I wanted! Although I'm happy about the product and service we got, I unfortunately was put off by one of the employees. </p> <p><br /> </p> <p><br />Ntabiseng made me buy twice the amount that I actually needed. There was a misunderstanding regarding times for installation, but Adriaan was more than helpful and apologized for the delay. After I pitched up to the shop to find out about the delay, she loudly said 'Ag again, What now ?!' she turned her back on me and did not help me where Adriaan was forced to help me further. The manager, Rogers Baloyi had to fix Ntabiseng's over calculation mistake and was so helpful and always had a smile on his face and ready to help! While we were doing the refund Ntabiseng whispered something in her colleagues ear in front of me and then looked at me and laughed, yes, just like a schoolgirl. I did not give her reason to act like this and not one of the small mistakes was a fault on my side, but she treated me very unprofessionaly. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />The installation crew did a wonderful job and I'm so happy with the final result!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I just really need to thank Rodgers, Adriaan and the instalation crew for going above and beyond what I expected, just a pity for Ntabiseng's unprofessional treating of customers.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Thanks so much, Floors Direct!</p>
