Empty promises, no service

November 2014 we had new floors put in by Floors Direct.<br> We raised the concern that the floor surface was uneven and were assured that we didn't need to screed the floors.<br> <br> By March 2015 the floors were peeling, lifting, uneven. The floor needed to have been screed....<br> <br> We have had various staff members coming out to take pictures of the floors, we have been told it was a faulty batch of floor tile, we have agreed to pay to have the floors screed.<br> We went to select new tiles.<br> We are now still waiting ... 8 months later ... waiting for our floors to be replaced that cost us thousands.<br> <br> This is completely unacceptable service.<br> I would never recommend Floors Direct to anybody!<br>
