Despicable all round service

The store has been nothing but unprofessional and have the worst service ever experienced. We paid for all the supplies upfront however we told them that our floors needed screeding because they aren't level. We set up a date for 2 weeks in advance where they will come with the material to screed but on the day they didnt pitch. I had to go to the store to ask why their people didn't pitch as agreed only to be told that I had not paid for the screed. Mind you, I've paid in full upfront, and agreed to pay the screed once installed because no agent from their ever came to inspect my house to confirm whether we needed to screed or not. This wasn't communicated to until we went to the store. Now they were suppose to start installing the laminated floors today whereby they said they will arrive at 9 am. Again, I had to go to the store to ask why they didn't come as agreed. Only to be told they don't have stock on hand to install something I had already paid for a month ago. The regional manager, Barnard, is the rudest and most *********** manager that I have come across in my life. No sense of customer service at all. Utterly disgusted to have transacted with this store.
