Cannot be trusted with quote stage even

We were initially impressed by the speed of the response once we requested a quote for flooring via the website. The response was almost immediate, and a time was arranged for a quote/measurement. Tyron arrived and all went well, and we were told that we would receive a quote that same afternoon. Three days later, still no quote, so we followed up (why for us to chase?). Told we would get the quote that afternoon. Still nothing. Against my better judgement, my wife convinced me to go to the showroom and again we queried the quote. This time we get told that the measurements were lost and that they want to come out again for quote. I would be very annoyed if I accepted the quote (if I eventually get it) knowing that the service has already been poor, so am extremely reluctant to continue with/trying Floors Direct as a service provider.
