Awful Service

Went to Floors Direct , someone came out and gave me a quote.<br> Paid upfront and was told installation would begin on 19 Jan and take around 3 days to complete the 20sqm of floors.<br> Installation was only completed 9 days later.<br> <br> The deliveries or installers never arrived once at the agreed upon time , they would arrive hours later without any contact saying they've been delayed - (This happened 6 times where they arrived hours late)<br> Even when they did eventually arrive , there would always be vital piece of equipment missing , or the wrong stock had been delivered . <br> <br> When attempting to just cancel the installation , William the manager promised me a R1000 refund for all the inconvenience caused. 2 weeks later and multiple emails later , I've still not received any form of refund or had any contact . They have not even bothered to follow up if I was happy with the installation or to give me the customer satisfaction form to complete.<br> <br> Rather go with anyone else to do your floors.
