Floorscene Creations nothing but *****sters....BEWARE

We paid the almost R300000.00 to do our floors in our house which ended up in a disaster. The companies product they used was NuCote. Our floors bubbled and is peeling off all over our house. After investigation we found our the product that NuCote provided was a bad batch of product received from Dubai NuCote provided credits for Floorscene to come and redo the floors along with a credit for the areas I was forced to tile over as the product kept failing. What proceeded this was Floorscene telling me the product they recommended was junk and that they were in a civil suit with NuCote which was a bunch of lies as all they did was disappear with my money they owed me. They are nothing but a bunch of **** artists and *******. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY. ONE OF THE OWNERS GERHARD VERMEULEN stated he was sequestrated so I could not sue him anyway I have proof of everything I have posted including voice note emails and photos. NuCote is washing their hands lying they gave all the credits for them to replace our floors and refuse to cooperate in any way further. Firstly, let's circle back where to where it al started and stick to the facts.

We app**** the Nui product the first time. It failed. We app**** it the second time. It failed

Nui confirmed in writing that it was product failure. We have this in writing, statements from other clients where the product failed with photos and conversations with Nui staff and other applicators to support our case.

No business man or reasonable man will apply their product a third time. That's insane!

1. Has NUI tested your substrate I assume they have as this will be evidence which will confirm the condition of the substrate used before we app**** our product.

2. I hereby also confirm, after reading your email that you confirmed in writing that NUI supp**** and handed over documents that contains information and financial information with regards to Floorscene without consent.

Whether a credit was given or not. That's beside the point.

Product failure occurred and they confirmed in writing and we welcome your views on the above points. Use these people at your own risk I am looking for them to sue them.
