Bad Service

Im Not sure how you got good service but my experiance with company has been really bad , I found them on gumtree , they called the next morning and quoted same day, this is when it went wrong .<br> He quoted R2850 for a 10sq meter room and required a R2000 deposit, I gave him half as i felt this was fair , they arranged a time 10:00am and arrived at 1:00pm 3 hours late ,They returned the next day to complete the skirting, As they could not supply the skirting as i was told the supplier had not stock and they where waiting for it .All was good after instalation then i stepped on the floor a day later and gaps between the laminate floor and skirting started to show,so i called him a few times then he finally answered and said he will come the next day. He did not arrive , i called him in the afternoon to find out why he did not come he said he got busy and will come the following day.I tried calling him again and again and now seems i cant get hold of him and wasting yet another day waiting for him. He also has not given me a reciept for a floor that comes with a 15 year garentee. Please be carefull with this company once job is done and you have a problem return help is impossible
