No accountability, would never use them again

I would not recommend Flooring warehouse. Staff try their best but management very poor.

Subject: Violation of Contract Terms and Request for Rectification or Compensation This letter serves to formally address the persistent and serious issues with the main entrance door of my residence, a matter arising since your team's initial installation work. Under Clause 30 of your service agreement, a two-year guarantee on workmanship is stipulated. Regrettably, the services provided have resulted in repeated and critical problems with the door, notably its recurrent detachment from hinges, which constitutes a safety hazard for my family. This is a clear deviation from the promised standard of workmanship. Moreover, Clause 13 of your terms, which limits liability to either repair or replacement of flawed services, has not been satisfactorily fulfilled, as evident from the unsuccessful attempts to repair the door. Furthermore, I have comp**** with the claim process as per Clause 28, yet the issue remains unresolved. I hereby issue a formal demand for prompt rectification of the contractual breach, referring specifically to incidents on the following dates: July 25, August 3, October 18, November 15, December 19, November 2, and December 17.
