I asked them to do laminate flooring for me, and they sent me a quote. Then the sale person didn't respond when I sent him emails saying that the quote is fine and that they can come and fit the flooring. He had told me that he would respond on that Monday and I waited for days for a response, only to find out that he went on holiday. So I asked for a different salesperson and they gave me an new email address, and I have sent at least three emails trying to contact the salesperosn but to no avail. The customer service at Flooring Warehouse is **********. I literally just want to get my floors done but they are making it so hard.
