Flooring Warehouse- Bad service and attitude

I placed an order for Flooring Vinyl and arrived at their store yesterday afternoon to pick it up. The sales consultant I dealt with was not there, so I dealt with another. The quote, which was given to me verbally on the saturday included the glue for placement. Why I did not receive a printed quote I still do not understand? However, now that the initial consultant was not there, I was told to have to pay for the glue. I then asked to speak to the owner and was instructed to speak to the manager of the store. He was sitting in the corner on a lounge couch and when I approached him, he did not get up, nor look at me, as he was to busy with his cell phone. When I did get his attention, I had to explain it all again, although I am sure he was aware of the situation. I then went to the other sales consultant and cancelled my order and the order I was going to place for a friend of mine,....so over R10.000 of orders walked out the door. I had the feeling that a rich father bought a franchise and made his son a manager to run the place, as it was the typical \I don't care attitude".
