After booking an appointment nobody come or called

<p>Hi, </p> <p>I was having an assessment booked Tuesday at 8H30 and nobody come as agreed Sunday when we visited the shop (pardeen eiland branch).</p> <p>After 15 mn of waiting we called the office who was clueless, didn't know if the driver was on his way or he was late, or if was still coming or not, they tell us to wait a bit more.</p> <p>We waited for 20mn and nobody give us a call to apologize or to explain what went wrong, I will not recommend to do business with them as they don't have a professional attitude despite the friendlyness of the salesman who helped us on Sunday.</p>
