We recently had vinyl flooring installed in my home by #flooringsolutionstokai , and while the vinyl itself looks good, the screed job underneath was poorly done. The screed, which is crucial for a smooth and level base, was uneven and poorly app****. As a result, there are noticeable bumps and dips throughout the floor. This has affected the appearance of the vinyl I expected a professional finish, but the poor screeding has left me very disappointed. Overall, while the vinyl itself is of good quality, the inadequate screed job has ruined the final result. I would not recommend this company unless they improve their screeding process and quality control.
