Cracking floors

I've been trying to get my floors fixed after installation since January 2026, I was told to let it settled but still doing the same, beading lifted and a gap in the flooring, i guy was send out last week to come and check it and I am still waiting for feedback it is now 29 July 2026, floors was installed December 2025. I am the one that is making contact with them not once did they make contact with me, I called and they said the did a damp test and waiting on results. I will not recommend them to anyone, they promise you the best service but that is just words.
