Shoddy carpet installation

I have had the worst experience with Numarket flooring who were appointed by my insurer Outsurance for a flooding incident. they had to replace the main bedroom carpet and installed a defective carpet, which had a burn mark which was concealed before hand and installed. now are refusing to accept responsibility for the reject carpet
