Quality of floor shocking! Terrible service!
Flooring Guru installed floors in June 2017. Service was terrible from day one, unprofessional and egotistical. Within a few weeks the floors started chipping. Despite various calls, emails, promises NOTHING has been done to rectify these floors! Etienne the owner of Flooring Guru keeps passing the buck to the contractor in the Somerset area, NEVER commiting to a solution from his side.
They are currently using photos of our just completed floors as part of their FB advertising! All negative comments are being deleted (I noticed there were other complaints as well).

Being that we were welcomed after the project to take images of your floors, we were not aware of your dissatisfaction from the onset.
Any feedback from our clients is appreciated as we use this to constantly better our client service.
As part of our social media strategy, we prefer the opportunity to investigate any negative feedback on social media platforms in order to establish and rectify dissimilar responses, to ensure negative feedback is minimal to none, in the future.
Being that our manufacturing, technical and operations teams are based in Somerset West, our managing director, Etienne has requested the necessary information from these teams as per his communications with you, to provide a report on the technicalities of the floor chipping. This could be due to various reasons, therefore a process of obtaining a formal validation often takes time.
We look forward to meeting you onsite to establish an agreed way forward.
