I was very impressed with Flooring guru.
I was very impressed with Flooring guru. From my first enquiry I received quick feedback and an appointment date was set at the earliest convenience.
From day one, I was kept updated as to when I could expect the team of workers to arrive. When unforeseen situations occurred, it was dealt with very professionally and swiftly without hesitation or blame. Customer service throughout was impeccable and even afterward the company came back for repairs and to make certain that I was satisfied.
It has been long since I have received such good, friendly and professional service and I will recommend Flooring guru to anyone who would like to have their floors done.
