Fantastic staff

Hi I wanted to contact you in regards to Trisha who is a truly outstanding member of your staff. She has been so helpful she has been on hands all the time with every question or concern I’ve had throughout the floor renovations process from the very beginning until the last minute. She has just been so amazing and so reassuring she is, (in my opinion and experience) actually the glue and the go to person that actually resolves every concern and holds all the workers and team together. She has made the renovation (we all know most renovations are pretty annoying at the best of times) but Trisha has made it so much smoother by walking and talking me through the whole process. I’ve had complete confidence in her the whole time she is an absolute star and she put so much passion and effort and time into resolving any issues. Colleagues like Trisha are a rare breed and she has such a lovely manner about her and humble.
