Pathetic service from Floorin Installers after spending R20 000

I have had wooden floors installed by Floorin Installers and after the installation I noticed that the end profiles were not fitted in properly. The was a huge space between them and the floor and when I sweep the floor dirt always got stuck in between the spaces. I notified the company and every time I call or email them they always promise to send the installer back to fix it. This has been going on for 6 months now, and I paid the in full. They seemed like professional until they had my money, R20k to be exact, but now they don't care if I'm a happy customer or not. They are worst company I have ever seen and they customer service is pathetic. They do not deserve to be in business if this is how they treat customers after they have received the payments from the customer. I have wasted so much money trying to get them to fix my floor. This is the last straw.
