STAFF DONT KNOW HOW TO MEASURE

In December 2016 we placed an order for blinds for our unit in Ballito. Each time the blinds arrive it is the incorrect size, or fabric or order. The sales attendant Willem just simply cannot take measurements. In September, 2017 their fitter arrived (again) to fit the blinds for two bathrooms, (which were perfect) but the two bedrooms, were wrong. The one blind did not fit (again) and the other blind was the incorrect fabric/order. The manager from this store Mr B Venter, to date has not called me back, I called him twice. We have finally agreed on having our money returned. Shocking !
