17 Feb 2023, 19:09Am disappointed with Floortech’s after sale service. I called Rashaad as we have some issues with our laminate flooring that was installed. He mentioned he will come to check it out, it’s a few months and he did not come through, nor call to arrange a visit. I called the office, spoke to Sarnia and she advised that she will speak to Rashaad, still no feedback. The laminate flooring is lifting.
