Bad Customer Service

<p>I have recently had a swimming pool put into my yardI made contact with Johan from Floor Magic. Their website http://www.floormagic.co.za/ says they master tilers etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had been speaking to Jo forabout a week. asking for a quote to do the work. on the first evening that was pnned forhim to come over I never geard from him. But athe pool was only going in later that week I called and arranged for him to come on the Saturday. Once again he never arrived. It is a small job but if it waoo small for them just say so would respect thamore an just not replying to me and flat out ignong my calls.
