Renovations saga

Flocon Construction were contracted by me for a major renovation on my residence. The owner, Raaez, was substandard during this project. He blamed the initial very slow progress on independent electricians when it was clearly his fault. The electricians were in fact waiting for Flocon to clear the site effectively so they could chase and install wires He had an *********** foreman on site for four months until we asked for him to be removed. Then he never replaced the foreman. The project was supposed to take six months and ended up being eleven months. Various workers that he brought complained about not being paid. From painters, tilers, security, labourers, plasterers, fence installers to general handymen.......a total of 15 complained to me. When I brought it up with Raeez he said that they are lying. The fact is that he is the **** who rotated so many different workers on my site......which ends up being a security risk as they were disgruntled due to not being paid. When the architect submitted the long snag list on completion he came back for three days and then never returned. I had to hire another group to complete the snags. His workers left rubble on the pavement verge for long periods of time which resulted in neighbour complaints and warnings by police. I also found out that he inflated costs considerable on a variety of elements of the build. I would never recommend Flocon Construction.
