Terrible customer service, and lies

Could not give them zero stars, but this is what they deserve

No support on emails. No support on phone call either

I sent numerous support messages to float since January and they never ever got back to a single message and they proceeded to charge the entire payment to my credit card even though I had a full reserve on the card by them

The reason why the company like float has any business is that they should save you on interest by using your credit card

I am now paying full interest, because Float did not do what they promised.

Maybe they will get back to me on this forum since no other way has been possible
