Not too bad, just think before your click pay.
Float is not a bad business model. They do exactly what they say “float with your cash” my advice is to make sure you purchase items at an amount that you can settle as quick as possible. I repeat SETTLE AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE. That way you avoid all the horror's the 36 people have mentioned in their reviews. Read the terms and conditions of payment guys they will reserve your funds month on month until it’s settled and yes if you do a big purchase expect to not be able to access you credit card funds so again I repeat PURCHASE ITEMS AT AN AMOUNT YOU CAN SETTLE AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE. I’m giving the model a 3 star because it’s not clearly marketed/explained at the point of purchase like other models such as PAYJUSTNOW. Float’s end user experience does not cater for a person with just a matric (hope you get what I mean).
Then their customer service using emails I am giving it a 5 star because you have to give credit where it’s due. Don’t waste your airtime just email them, they are efficient in that manner. Kudos to Nhlanhla Mahlangu-Graduate Programme Intern Who assisted me with such professionalism.
