Pointless and misleading service.
Refund still not processed, a month later. On top of that, they have continued to take further payments. This all comes after a month long back and forth between myself and the merchant and myself and Float, who was completely unhelpful, despite receiving multiple cancelation confirmations from the merchant who processed it immediately (A MONTH AGO).
An utterly egregious experience - it should not be possible for a company to exist and operate in this manner.

To clarify, Float does not approve or initiate refunds. Returns or refunds must happen directly with the merchant where you made your purchase. They will process your request within their normal refund/return policy. Once the merchant has approved the refund, they will notify us and we will adjust your instalment plan or refund money back to you.
We can confirm that your refund was processed and that no further deductions will go off your account.
