I Will Never Use Float Again! They double reserve!
I purchased an item and used Float, they have reserved the amount but every month thereafter they have reserved the balance of the outstanding amount again. This causes my available balance to be less than the initial reserve. It is so annoying! I don't understand why more reserves are set every month if the initial reserve does not get removed! I have queried this and nothing has changed. My bank says they have no control over this yet Float sends one to one's own bank. I will never use Float again!

We understand that having double reserves on your card can be concerning. The reserve on your credit card is renewed as part of the payment process, but rest assured that only one reserve should be held at a time. If you still see the previous reserve as “pending” or “uncleared,” this is managed by your bank and will be automatically released. Unfortunately, the timing of this release is beyond our control and can take a few days to reflect in your account.
We’ve reached out to your bank to ensure no double reserves are held and are actively monitoring the situation. We have responded to your ticket and if you have any further concerns, we kindly ask that you respond on the same ticket.

Thank you for your reply. I will let know if/when the previous reserve gets removed. Cos that seems to be the problem, is that the very first reserve has not been released, and it's been more than a month already.
