Good price and great service

I contacted Flo-Tek in December 2014 while their factory was closed to ask for pricing on one of their vertical water tanks. I was surprised to receive and email reply from the COO Mr. Chakrpani Bandaru with a price. In late January I contacted the factory and requested a quote for 5 tanks. The price indicated during December and the price I was quoted differed quite a bit. However, Mr Bandaru again contacted me personally with a special price valid until the last day of January. Besides the special price, Mr Bandaru also agreed to deliver the 5 water tanks to Pretoria free of charge. I love a company that is serious about their service delivery to their customers and which is willing to go that extra mile. Thank you CP. Much appreciated.
