Empty promises with workmanship to match

<p>Still have leaking gutters after the 4th return visit (with approximately 8 no-shows; after confirming with the owner (face-to-face) on many occasions).</p> <p>On the initial visit you will be promised on-time service delivery with supervision at all times....hahahaha...9am is more like 1pm the following day with zero communication and zero supervision.</p>
