Flite Airlines is Joke - Avoid!!!

What a joke Gidon Novick's new airline Flite is. I thought I'd give them a chance but 3 days later I can only say that I am R2000 poorer and that I have no tickets, no reference number and no phone number to contact them on. There is an online support service and 7 emails later they agree there is no record of my booking but maintain that is because I did not pay. My bank however tells me the money was paid. I have meanwhile booked my flight elsewhere and that took exactly 10 minutes in contrast to the 3 days that Flite has bumbled around in. Honestly, do yourself a favour avoid them like the plague and save yourself the frustration of Probably having to sue them to get your money back. Who on earth thinks they can run an airline without a phone line , but with an unstable platform and clearly *********** staff and systems. You should be ashamed of yourself Mr Novick!
