Worst Service ever

This is is the most useless department I've ever dealt with. I sent everything last year via email no one rep**** and Their phones never goes through soo this year I tried the online platform everything was stick on submitted that was around July soo still there was no response so I tried emailing their complaints department that's when someone rep**** to say they re working on it but no one got back to me, sent an email again got a response to say that my documents are over 90 days Ofcoz they over 90 days coz this was done in July but no one cares went to certify again last week sent submitted again and Still no response. My guess is they waiting for them to be over 90 days again. I just wish there was somewhere we could report this department coz wow.
