No sense of service for the people

If it was possible it would be a minus 5, it's ridiculous and they have no track record of anything we apply for. You get referred from pillar to post including management. A person ends up resending documents to multiple people. The lines are never answered. This is useless beyond measure. 😠😠😠😠. It's disgusting
