No reply from FLISP

I have submitted my application on 2 July 2024. Every week wnen I call, I am told to call either monday or friday to check the status of my application. I was told they are escalating my application. even today when I called the office I am told the same story. I have send email to the manager and team with no luck, they don't respond my emails anymore

I spoke to Thapelo and he told me my application was sent for approval on wednesday. Why is my application taking so long for approval?
