FLISP with Very Poor Customer Service, worst service ever....!!!

I app**** and provided all the required documents for my FLISP application and even fall under their salary bracket but I was shocked to receive an SMS that my application was DECLINED and that I would receive an email stating all the reasons for the rejection, but to my surprise I have never received any email from the FLISP - (NHFC) department, I am not happy with the service that I received, actually I didn't receive any assistance.

1. I provided all the required documents. 2. all documents certified. 3. pay slips provided. 4. Offer to purchase provided. 5. Home loan approval letter provided. 6. ID and birth certificate of dependents certified and provide 7. Salary range falls within the prescribed requirements But DEC**** without any valid reason whatsoever, sent several emails but no response , they dnt even answer their office numbers. one of the worst service I have ever came across.
