FLISP Subsidy Programme Is A Nightmare

On 31 October 2020 I submitted my subsidy application. Without any feedback I did my follow ups then was told to send a few documents missing on 04 November 2020. I then made contact with them on 11 November 2020 to follow up and was again asked by a consultant by the name of Thina to send more document which I did, sent her emails to please confirm status of my application without feedback received. On the 09th December 2020 I spoke to Catherine whom asked me to resend my application and cc Lebogang to have my application captured and there was no response. Upon all attempts made I got a call from Thina notifying me that my application was noted on 19 January 2021. I sent her a mail on 26 Feb 2021, she then decided to respond on the 09th March 2021 informing that my application is still under verification. Furthermore whenever I call their landline no one's able to assist.
