FLISP SUBSIDY PROGRAME A TOTAL ******* PROGRAM

I app**** for a house subsidy three years ago and was approved 70k. I had to cancel everything because the flat I wanted to buy was high jacket. Three months ago I app**** again for a subsidy after I bought another flat only to be told by Ntombifuthi of Flisp subsidy program I will not qualify for a subsidy because I do not have a dependant? My mother being under my care now for four years who is blind and cant walk, previous aplication it wasnt a issue? FLISP is bias and refuse to assist you if you do not fall in their criteria.
